Seaside House

The house sleeps 8 people in two doubles and 2 twin bedrooms, (with the addition of 3 ‘sofa’ beds in the ‘Pod’ at the end of the garden, which can be used on special request). Downstairs you will find a kitchen, dining/conservatory that seats 12 comfortably, sitting/TV room with a Smart TV (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc) with Sky and access to all Sports and Movie channels. There is good WiFi throughout.  

Downstairs there is also a double and twin bedroom, family bathroom and laundry room with power shower.

Upstairs (found via a secret door from the sitting room) there is a double and twin bedroom, landing and bathroom with power shower and washing machine.

The house has a gorgeous garden at the front and off street parking for one car. Free parking for additional cars on Southcote Avenue is normally readily available.

At the back of the house is a beautiful mature garden with a jacuzzi for use in the Summer months. There are areas for outdoor eating with a table and chairs to seat 10 and a BBQ. At the end of the garden is the ‘Pod’, which can be used as an additional seating/TV area (with wifi and access to Netflix etc), a ‘working from home’ space and, on special request, as an extra kids/teens bedroom. There is a shed opposite with a variety of bikes plus helmets for use. There is also an array of surfboards and kayaks (double and single) all available.

2 Southcote Avenue is a 5 minute walk to the beach (see image at top) and lovely swimming spots, and a 5 minute walk to East Wittering with all the shops and restaurants/cafes you need - a Co-Op, Tesco, butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger, sweet shop, Drift-Inn cafe and Drifters restaurant etc.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.

The price is £300 per night, (reduced to £200 for one family), plus a cleaning fee of £120. Minimum 2 night stay.
